Yes, there is a deposit of Rp.100.000,- The deposit must be paid prior to the commencement of the rental period and together with the rental charge. Please note that the deposit of Rp.100.000,- will be given back to you once we have collected the toy in good condition. The deposit will be transferred back to your account immediately.
Anda diharuskan untuk membayar deposit Rp.100.000,- Deposit dan biaya sewa harus dibayarkan sebelum masa sewa mulai. Mohon diperhatikan bahwa deposit tersebut akan dikembalikan setelah masa sewa berakhir dan kami menerima mainan sesuai dengan kondisi awal. Dan deposit tersebut akan kami transfer ke rekening Anda. 2. What forms of payment do you accept? We currently only accept fund transfer. And the payment should be received by us before the commencement of the rental period. Once we have received the payment, we will arrange the time of delivery.

Setelah kami menerima pembayaran, kami akan segera mengkonfirmasi waktu pengiriman mainan dengan anda. 3. How are the toys delivered to me? Any delivery charges? Don't worry. We personally deliver the toys to your door step by our staff. The delivery charge is based on the distance of delivery and collection. But, if You live within Sunter and Kelapa Gading we will deliver it to You for free (only for orders above Rp.100.000,- Order less than Rp.100.000,- will be subjected to a one-time delivery and collection charge of Rp.25.000,- per order)
Kami akan mengantar jemput mainan dengan biaya antar jemput yang ditetapkan berdasarkan jarak pengiriman dan besarnya mainan. Jika anda tinggal di Sunter & Kelapa Gading, kami akan mengantar dan menjemput mainan pesanan anda tanpa biaya. ( minimum pemesanan Rp.100.000,-). Pemesanan di bawah Rp.100.000,- akan dikenakan biaya antar jemput sebesar Rp.25.000,- 4. Can I extend my rental period? As a friendly reminder, we will send You an email and an SMS a few days before the rental period ends. If You want to keep the toys longer, just let us know at this stage.There are NO delivery charges when You extend the rental period for ALL the toys in your order. But, if You wish to extend your rental period for only SOME of the toys in your order, the same collection fee will be charged.

We ensure You that all of our toys are specially cleaned with 100% safe cleaner. Once our toys are thoroughly cleaned, we wrap them before delivering it to you.

Sorry but yes, You have to clean any toys that are heavily soiled, for example messed with any food residuals or messed with sand or dirt. Failed to do so, we regretly, have to charge to You a cleaning fee of Rp.50.000,- per soiled toy.

Are the toys delivered with batteries? Yes, the toys are loaded with NEW batteries when they are delivered to the hirer. If a battery dies while the hirer has the toy, we DO NOT replace it.

What if a toy breaks or parts of a toy are lost? In the event that a toy is broken or parts of a toy are lost upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, report the broken toy and it will be replaced for You at no cost. If You don't contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assume the toy was damaged by the hirer and the hirer will be required to purchase this toy from us at retail price.
Jika mainan yang akan disewa, diantarkan dalam keadaan rusak. Mohon hubungi kami dalam jangka waktu 24 jam. Dan, kami akan segera menggantinya dengan mainan yang lain. Tapi, jika anda tidak segera melaporkan kerusakan mainan kepada kami, maka kami menganggap bahwa anda yang bertanggung jawab atas rusaknya mainan tersebut, dan anda diwajibkan untuk mengganti rugi sesuai dengan harga mainan tersebut.
